Clinical Experience
Nicole is an experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist who conducts comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, provides treatment recommendations, and delivers cognitive rehabilitation for individuals with a wide variety of brain-based conditions across the lifespan. Her clinical expertise includes neurodegenerative disorders (e.g. dementia, mild cognitive impairment), neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. ADHD, autism, intellectual disability) and acquired brain injuries (e.g. stroke, traumatic brain injury). She also has experience in medicolegal and mental capacity assessments. She has a strong interest in adult neurodivergence, especially in women and high-masking individuals.
Nicole is also a Certified ADHD Life Coach who is trained to work collaboratively with clients to help them manage their lives more effectively and live out their potential. Her approach is neuro-affirming, person-centred, and strengths-based. With her training in neuropsychology, she has a deep understanding of the neurological differences and cognitive difficulties experienced by those with ADHD. She firmly believes that individuals with ADHD can lead a fulfilling, balanced, and productive life.
Qualifications & Training
Nicole completed her Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology in Sydney, Australia, under the Healthcare Graduate Studies Award by the Ministry of Health Holdings. Nicole was the pioneer Clinical Neuropsychologist at Changi General Hospital, establishing the neuropsychology service and standards. As a Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist, Nicole provided supervision to junior psychologists. Her work has been recognised with the Singapore Health Quality Service Award and SingHealth Allied Health Innovative Practice Award.
Nicole is a Registered Psychologist with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) and SRP-Approved Supervisor. She provides clinical supervision to psychologists and training to other healthcare professionals. She is also an experienced speaker who has been invited to deliver workshops and seminars both locally and internationally.
Background
Born and raised in Singapore, Nicole has also spent time living in Denmark and Australia, interacting and working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Outside of work, she enjoys slow mornings, good coffee, spending time with her dog, and practising self-care. She is involved in supporting and volunteering for the ADHD community.
