Therapeutic Approach
Natasha is a British therapist. Born and raised in the UK she has lived and worked in many different countries across the globe, adding unique cultural insights to her clinical work. She believes that we are all different and she champions this belief using a client centred therapeutic approach that tailors her extensive training to best suit the differing needs of her clients.
As Carl Jung said, “there is no recipe for living that suits all cases,”
Natasha also believes in practising active therapy, much of her work with individuals is action orientated where clients are encouraged to use the tools given to reflect/practice between sessions and take responsibility for their progress. This way, clients can take charge of their progress and achieve the results they want by gaining personal insight into what needs to change or evolve to make their life and their relationships more meaningful and fulfilled.
Natasha works with Couples, Individuals and Teenagers. She has a lot of passion and experience with helping couples improve their communication, getting right to the core of their emotional state and helping them to gain a greater understanding of their individual needs. She can help couples learn to manage their conflict and differences so they are able to self-reflect, express themselves more effectively and begin to repair present and past hurts. Using these tools, if the couple are willing, they can build a brighter future together with common goals, shared values, greater trust and commitment. She uses Gottman couples training, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT) and CBT techniques to help couples become UNSTUCK and to change the unproductive interactive patterns they have ended up in which has prevented them from moving forward.
Natasha has had a long personal therapy journey herself so she is very passionate about the work that she does and the outcome. She likes to make her sessions warm and engaging, challenging in a good way and ultimately rewarding.

Background
Natasha grew up in the UK in a family that loved to travel and experience the world. Following this passion she now has first-hand experience of being an expatriate and moving her young family between 6 different countries, having to adapt to new and complex cultures, contrasting educational systems, new friends and with each move, a different life from before. Because of her varied life and work experience Natasha feels well placed to help her clients deal with change and to embrace the challenges and rewards that this can bring about.
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys league tennis, playing bridge, reading and hanging with her teenage kids, preferably on a beach!
