Michelle is a clinical psychologist with a decade of experience working with children and adolescents of diverse backgrounds, both in the U.S. and Singapore. She builds upon her experience from a variety of settings, including hospitals, crisis centres, private practices, as well as mainstream and special needs schools. She is experienced in treating a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, developmental concerns, conduct difficulties, trauma, parenting, and more.

Michelle uses a holistic, strengths-based approach tailored to each child’s unique needs. She uses evidence-based treatments like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and exposure therapy.
