Therapeutic Approach
Kim uses an integrated approach when working with individuals, coupling emotionally focused work with cognitive practices that allow for clients to gain insight while also working to over come thoughts that keep clients stuck in negative interactional patterns. When working with couples, she works using Gottman couples Methods with an emphasis on emotionally focused attachment wounds.
Background
Kim grew up in the United States, she has lived in Singapore for 8 years but still calls Boulder, Colorado home. Kim has enjoyed living abroad and honing her adventurous spirit with travel.
