Training and Clinical Experience
Adrian graduated from Clinical Psychology training programme in National University of Singapore. He has more than a decade of experience working in the field of mental health. Of which, he spent a good portion of it as a Senior Psychologist in the public healthcare sector in Singapore, caring for individuals with health and mental health struggles.
Therapy Approaches
Adrian incorporates a range of evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), to address the individuals’ unique mental health challenges, such as mood, bipolar, anxiety, sleep, obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as health issues such as chronic pain, weight and diabetes.
Professional Roles
At present, apart from clinical practice and supervision, Adrian spends his time on teaching and research works in the university, volunteering in the professional organisations, as well as caring for family and himself.
