Training and Clinical Experience
Adrian is a Clinical Psychologist who trained at the National University of Singapore. He has more than a decade of experience working in the field of mental health. Of which, he spent a good portion of it as a Senior Psychologist in the public healthcare sector in Singapore, caring for individuals with health and mental health struggles.

Adrian incorporates a range of evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), to address the individuals’ unique mental health challenges, such as mood, bipolar, anxiety, sleep, obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as health issues such as chronic pain, weight and diabetes.
Adrian is no stranger to the corporate world, and he understands the delicate balance between work and family life. As a dedicated father of two school-aged children, Adrian has an authentic understanding of the pressures many families face today. This unique perspective informs his approach when working with clients, ensuring they receive the support they need.
Adrian offers services in both English and Mandarin, ensuring that clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds can access his expertise comfortably.
Adrian’s passion lies in helping individuals overcome anxiety disorders, and he is recognised as an expert in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). His calming and organized presence provides a reassuring foundation for clients’ therapeutic journey. Adrian’s ultimate goal is to empower his clients to lead fulfilling lives guided by their deeply-held values.

In addition to clinical practice, Adrian provides clinical supervision within the team and supports trainees on placements. Adrian’s commitment to advancing the field extends to his academic appointment as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
