Claire provides individual therapy for children, teenagers, and adults. She is approachable, friendly, and observant. Using a person-centred approach she worked as a volunteer counsellor for a children’s charity in the UK during early covid times, supporting young people struggling with emotional regulation, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and social isolation. She is passionate about supporting people to express themselves and uses art therapy to allow them to use their imagination and creativity to enable change. In Singapore, Claire has provided art therapy to teenagers from a variety of different cultures and religious backgrounds.
